Fashion Roundup: Christian Siriano's Line Hasn't Taken Off; Tory Burch Not for Sale; Harper's Bazaar Expanding

Despite his catch phrases, Project Runway winner Christian Siriano is struggling to transform his reality TV fame into sales. [WSJ]
